What is the new way to design distributed services?
A new design-led approach for business ecosystems
Adam De Linde, Akshay Garigiparthy
An earthshattering move is happening in the digital landscape. The Web 3.0 movement has generated greater decentralisation of digital platforms and systems more commonly known as “distributed services*”, that rely on distributed ledger technologies.
So often, these decentralised solutions are implemented with no design tools thus a lack of knowledge if they are anchored on the right use case and the right way of thinking.
Akshay Garigiparthy and Adam De Linde will present their viewpoint on the methodology inspired by Design Thinking, platform design and behavioral design.
The session will cover:
The genesis of ecosystems and their increasing complexity.
The methodology used.
The value created by the implementation of this process.
We look forward to sharing this feedback and discussing it with you.
*Decentralisation is the process by which the activities of an organization, particularly workflows and process, are distributed or delegated away from central command and control. Distributed services refers to the (re)aggregation among multiple parties to deliver the service or product.
