About Orange iOS 13 design kits
The iOS UI design kits contain the essential User Interface (UI) elements for designing, prototyping and building applications for iOS. The kits contain Orange custom versions of all the native UI elements for the iOS platform available from Apple. These kits have been created using the existing iOS 13 UI Kits provided by Apple to ensure it is aligned with the UI components available as part of the iOS Software Development Kit (SDK) and adheres to Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines, Principles and Themes. UI components and typography are built from existing iOS specifications which support and enable native accessibility functionality.

Base UI for Sketch - the new home for Solaris icons and brand colours
As part of the Orange Design System growth and evolution, a new Base UI Sketch library has been created. This new Sketch library combines the digital Orange brand colour palette with the Solaris iconography set into a single Sketch library. The Base UI library must be installed to use any of the Orange design kits for Sketch. The Base UI represents those transversal elements which can be used in any digital product or service regardless of the operating system platform. Moving forward, the Base UI sketch library will replace the existing Solaris icon sketch library as the repository for icons in Sketch.

Integrating Sketch in your workflow
Sketch has now become one of the most important interface tools for designing digital products. As a design tool, Sketch uses libraries to share and distribute UI components. Libraries are stored on the Sketch Cloud, and once installed, can be accessed directly from within Sketch. Updates including the addition of new or updated elements can be pushed directly from the cloud to Sketch, meaning designers will automatically receive updates directly. A single library can be used by multiple design teams to create consistent and efficient designs with no need to recreate common elements for each product. Access to install Design Kits can be found on the Design Kit pages in the Library section.
Not using Sketch?
Don’t worry, Sketch is just one format for Design Kits. Design Kits are being made available in multiple software formats including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator and Zeplin. So if you’re not a Sketch or Mac user you will still have access to the same elements.
